Acceptance
By using PriceActually you accept these Terms. PriceActually is operated by Aura Bionics Inc., a corporation incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada (referred to here as we, us, or our).
Informational purpose only
PriceActually provides price signals and estimates based on user-submitted data and simple deterministic rules. The service is not financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of market pricing. Prices on third-party retailers change frequently and we have no control over that. Do your own verification before acting on any signal you see here.
User-submitted content
When you submit a price check or a comparison, you grant PriceActually a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, aggregate, and display that data on public Product pages and in the Trending feed. You agree not to submit defamatory or unlawful content. We may remove entries that violate these Terms.
No retailer affiliation
PriceActually is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer or brand mentioned on the site. Product names and store names appear because users submit them. Trademark references on the site are nominative references only.
Rate limiting and acceptable use
We enforce per-IP rate limits to keep the service available for everyone. Do not use automated systems to flood the service with fake data, scrape at high volumes, or attempt to bypass rate limits. We reserve the right to block abusive clients.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Bionics Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Toronto, Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
